Mercedes Tibollo

Managing Director, Global Strategies

Mercedes Tibollo is a bioethicist, researcher, and community leader dedicated to advancing ethical standards and mental health equity. She holds a Master of Health Ethics from Memorial University and regularly presents at major psychiatric forums internationally. Mercedes serves with the World Health Organization Family Intervention Network for Psychosis and is the Founder and President of the We Can Help Foundation, which reduces financial barriers to cancer treatment. An author of two books exploring philosophy and personal growth, she applies her commitment to ethical leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate systems to developing global strategies at the Newman Global Initiative.

Audrey Stewart

Hailing from London, Ontario, Audrey provides strategic leadership as Executive Director, guiding impactful community initiatives. Holding a double degree in Women’s Studies and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, she leverages her expertise to champion social justice and economic empowerment. Audrey previously advanced youth development with the Jays Care Foundation, using inclusive sport to build meaningful opportunities. As an executive leader, she drives organizational vision, community advocacy, and transformative change with unwavering dedication. Outside her professional role, Audrey embraces a well-rounded lifestyle as an avid distance runner competing in 5K and 10K events, a creative knitter, and an enthusiastic outdoor explorer.
